Shipping Policy

How your Wormtone orders are produced, shipped, and delivered.

Made To order

All Wormtone products are made on demand through our production partner, Printful. This allows us to reduce waste and create items only when they are needed.

Order processing times

Each product is created after you place your order.
Production time is usually between 2–7 business days, depending on the product type and order volume. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.

Estimated delivery windows after production:

  • United States: 3–6 business days
  • Canada: 5–10 business days
  • EU/UK: 3–8 business days
  • Rest of the World: 7–14 business days

These are estimates provided by our fulfillment partner. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs, holidays, or carrier delays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated directly through Printful’s live carrier rates when available. If live rates are not available, flat rates set by Printful apply. Your shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you complete your order.

customs & import fees

International shipments may incur customs fees depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are set by local authorities and are not collected or controlled by Wormtone. Any customs, duties, or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the cost of reshipping will be the responsibility of the customer. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. Orders cannot be refunded for address errors.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be lost, contact us at wormtone.studio@gmail.com with your order number. We will open an investigation with our fulfillment partner. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will resend the item or offer an alternative solution.

Returned to Sender

If a package is returned to the fulfillment center because it was unclaimed or could not be delivered, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. These orders are not eligible for refunds.
