Where do Wormtone products ship from?
All products are fulfilled and shipped by Printful through their global network of facilities. Depending on your location, your order may ship from the USA, Europe, Mexico, or Australia.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Production takes 2–7 business days. Shipping usually takes 3–14 business days depending on your region. Delivery times may vary during holidays or due to customs delays.
Why does my product have a slight vinegar smell?
This is completely normal for garments printed using direct-to-garment (DTG) methods. The scent disappears after the first wash.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We can replace items that arrive damaged, misprinted, or incorrect. Because every item is created on demand, we cannot accept returns for wrong sizing or change of mind. Please check our Returns & Refunds Policy for details.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Since each item is made specifically for you, we cannot exchange sizes. Please review the size charts carefully before ordering.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Wormtone ships worldwide. Shipping times and customs fees may vary depending on your location.
