All Wormtone products are made on demand through our production partner, Printful. This allows us to reduce waste and create items only when they are needed.

We want you to be happy with your order. If there is a problem with the print or the product itself, we can offer a replacement or refund in specific cases.

• The item arrives damaged
• There is a clear printing error
• You received the wrong item
• The order is confirmed lost in transit

For these issues, please contact us within 20 days of receiving your order.

If you receive a defective, misprinted, or incorrect item, please email us at wormtone.studio@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
• A short description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and the problem

Once we review the information, we’ll work with our fulfillment partner to arrange a replacement or another appropriate solution.

Because every item is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you choose the wrong size or decide you no longer want the product. Please review the size charts and product details carefully before placing your order.

Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed. In most cases, we can only cancel an order within the first 2 hours after purchase. If production has already started, cancellation or changes may not be possible.

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Items returned to the sender without prior approval will not be accepted as returns and will not be refunded. Please always contact us first before sending anything back.
